Job desciption:


creation and delivery of a complete proposal to the client through the efforts of the bid team
appropriate communications are in place to ensure alignment across the streams
drawing together multi-disciplinary and multi-national teams of staff which include technical specialists, HR and financial modelers, legal, and financiers from within and outside the group , at which all solution aspects including transition and costing is managed by the Solution Owner / Lead Solution Architect
managing the bid according to the group standards
risks identification and their mitigation (actions taken, financial impact known, conditions defined)
budget construction, it’s management and monitoring 
building relation with the client to bridge Capgemini and the client’s interests
monitoring and reporting the bid status to the stakeholders, in particular to the Sales Support Manger  / Head of Bid Management on a bi-weekly basis
escalations to  take place when needed and at the right moment
managing the client's team to ensure a competitive but commercially rational bid is submitted
project managing, the bidding and negotiation process through to financial close
compiling the formalised response that is presented to the client. The response is based on the material provided by the Solution and Commercial streams, the overall solution is accounted by  the Solution Owner / Lead Solution Architect


Candidate's profile:


proven track record in long-term solution sales
proven ability to implement and deliver on a sales strategy
understanding of the Outsourcing market place
proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
proven ability to manage complex commercial and contractual negotiations to financial close
excellent presentation and communication skills, excellent verbal and written skills
demonstrates personal credibility and assertiveness
maintain a strong Outsourcing and Capgemini relation network
a real passion to succeed
ability to travel frequently abroad
