The core business includes Mechanical & Electrical, fit-out of Class A offices for Western clients as well as turnkey data center construction projects.

Regional Manager (Build, M&E), Moscow Russia

Full Profit & Loss responsibility for division
Drive profitable growth in business by accessing new markets and customers and sales and negotiation of new project contracts
Build strong team of project managers and project personnel
Monitoring of performance on projects and intervention as required
Ensure accurate and timely provision of project reporting

Third level engineering / business qualification or alternatively trades background with relevant qualifications
At least 5 years experience in general management or contracts management role in a construction business with a turnover of 10 million Euros +
At least 10 years total work experience in construction sector
Minimum 2 years work experience in Russia
Knowledge of Russian and English languages
Data center or interior fit-out experience would be desirable
