Responsibilities:



-Support of key-users and end-users (employees of Deloitte of Central Europe)



-Routine data and system administration (configuration, settings changes, dealing with users’ queries)



-Reporting, data analysis



-Dealing with more complex tasks and non-routine data maintenance



-System administration and testing, data maintenance



-Development/Maintenance of Cognos Reports



-Responsible for reports accurancy

Requirements:



-University graduate (Bachelor degree), secondary school when relevant experience



-Financial background



-Previous experience of using MS office, Excel especially



-Previous experience with reporting and databases is advantage



-English ‑ advanced level, both written and spoken



-Comfortable with information technology, systems and data



-Analytical skills and thoroughness



Basic understanding of relevant area principles is advantage



Confident communication skills and service quality oriented



Sense of responsibility and willingness to learn new systems and processes
