HRO Payroll Process Assistant/ Process Operative

Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to any of the areas: HR Payroll
Process  HR Payroll
Answer client’s calls and emails
Process client’s queries and escalations
Manage processes according to Capgemini methodology and agreed transition plan
Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes

Very good command of spoken German or spoken French is a must
Very good command of English
Good analytical skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Very good client facing skills
Very good communication skills
Able to work to tight deadlines
