Contacts with clients from UK and other business units over the phone or email
Query resolution
Customer account reconciliation
Maintaining low aged balances
Reporting status of outstanding positions

Fluency in English language
Excellent communication skills

Ability to work and deliver reports within deadline
Strong analytical skills and problem solving
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Work experience in UK would be an asset
