Leading, managing and developing a team of subordinates
Ensuring high quality of work standards on a daily basis
Providing a first point of escalation for the team in respect of delivery issues
Daily contact with Client’s Retained team and with teams in other locations
Setting clear goals and expectations
Working closely with the client and maintaining good working relationship
Day to day staff management, staff training and development

At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting or BPO
Minimum of 1 year experience in people management
Experience in OTC area is a must 
High level customer service skills
Fluent English skills essential
Good analytical skills
