administrate, operate Windows-based systems and applications,
implement alerts, instructions
manage and document production schedule plan
participate to analyze and industrialize technical solutions
help on setting the operational procedures (tools & documentation)
train and communicate to monitoring & production support teams on tools and procedures

strong knowledge of Windows and Linux
experience with VMWare VI or vSphere is an advantage
server hardware knowledge is an advantage
familiarity with network configuration and troubleshooting
knowledge of SAN/storage solutions is an advantage
database administration experience  is an advantage
